Stage 1: Uninstall AOL Desktop Gold •Go to Click 'start Menu' and select 'control panel' •Select Programs > Programs and Features •Select add or remove programs or uninstall a program. From the list of currently installed programs and select AOL Desktop. Click remove/ Uninstall.
